| DIRECTOR KAREN BURTON |
| Karen Burton has spent her entire life on and around the stage in various capacities: as a singer, writer, actress and director. Recently, she played Diana in ACT II's production of Lend Me a Tenor, and was thrilled to be invited to direct On Golden Pond. In recent years, she has devoted most of her time to work backstage as she directed Godspell and wrote and directed A Silent Night. She has also served as an assistant director, vocal director, stage manager and technical director in community theater and school productions. She is grateful for this opportunity, and delighted to work with this talented, dedicated cast.

| ASST. DIRECTOR NICKI RUPE |
Nicki Rupe (Assistant Director) On Golden Pond is the second ACT II Theater production for Nicki as Assistant Director since her arrival from California last March. Her love of theater production oftentimes put her behind the scenes, but her favorite roles were in Kismet, Stage Door, South Pacific and I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change. Some day she would like to have a "truly juicy dramatic bit" to round out her onstage experience. Nicki gives thanks to Karen Burton for her friendship and brilliant directorial tutelage. Special warm thanks also go to family and friends for their love and encouragement, and to her sweetie, Timothy Scott Keen, for his unconditional enthusiasm and support.
